Pricing
One price, and the arithmetic to check it.
$19 for each person, each month. No minimum, no term and no platform fee.
Other providers call this per-user pricing for business VoIP: one price for each person who has a phone, with the hosted PBX, the auto attendant and voicemail included in it.
What it costs, with the arithmetic shown
No minimum. No term. No platform fee. Calls on the number we give you are included, within fair use. On your own carrier account, what it charges for calls is between you and it.
| People | Sindria, month to month | RingCentral RingEX Core, month to month |
|---|---|---|
| 6 | $114 | $180 |
| 15 | $285 | $450 |
| 30 | $570 | $900 |
| 50 | $950 | $1,500 |
RingCentral’s price is read from its own published order summary, which quotes it “before taxes & fees”: $30 a person month to month, or $20 billed annually. Sindria is month to month only, so the month-to-month price is the one compared.

What the price covers
Included
- A phone system on a machine of its own, for your business alone
- The console: your call flow, your people, your call history and what changed
- Calls on the number we give you, within fair use
Billed by somebody else
- Calls on a carrier account you hold yourself: what it charges is between you and it
- The assistant: it runs on an Anthropic account that you hold, and is billed by them
Leave whenever you like
A phone system you own the exit from.
No minimum, no term
Month to month. There is nothing to buy out when you go.
A number from us is yours to move
If you leave, a number we gave you is kept for 90 days, so you have time to move it to your next provider.
A carrier account in your name
A system can run on a carrier account you hold yourself, and then the number never passes through us. Today that is arranged when an agent sets your system up for you.
The longer version
A system can run on a carrier account in your own name. The contract is yours: we do not resell it or mark it up, and what the carrier charges is between you and it. Today an agent arranges this when your system is set up.
Start instead on a number we give you and that one sits on our account. That is the trade for not having to open a carrier account before you can take a call. If you leave, we release that number to your next provider when they ask for it, and we keep it for 90 days so there is time. A company that cannot trap you has to earn the next month instead.
